Al Kamda Falcons is a locally-based, private breeding facility dedicated to producing pure, white gyrfalcons for the Arab falconer.

Apart from the limited number of gyrfalcons which are produced by Al Kamda locally, we also provide sourcing of pure gyrs from North America. Our relationship with North American breeders has developed over the last decade, and through these relationships we are focused on making only the highest quality birds available to our clients.

We work exclusively with imprint breeders. This not only gives us more control over the breeding process but also allows us to interact with the falcons on a day-to-day basis in a very personal way. This personal relationship is one of the most important and unique aspects of our breeding project.

Our wild hack is unique in the Gulf. We have developed a specific method for hacking in this climate that hugely benefits the overall health and strength of the falcon. Hacked birds develop in a more natural way, allowing the process to mimic nature.

Appropriate design is vital to the overall health of the falcons. Al Kamda will work with clients on a case by case basis to ensure that their facilities are appropriate for their needs, from simple floorplans for construction from the ground up to observation and recommendations for existing facilities.
