— Who we are.
PRODUCING THE WORLD'S LEADING WHITE GYRFALCONS.
Al Kamda Falcons aims to build on the knowledge passed down through generations of Emirati falconers, fulfilling the vision of a modern society still grounded in the traditions of its fathers. The practice of falconry is a lifelong journey, inspiring us to continually perfect our understanding of the needs of the contemporary falcon and falconer.
—What we do.
We tailor each Gyrfalcon to the specific needs of the Arab falconer.
Each step we take is intentional. It starts with the selection of both aesthetically and physically exceptional birds for our breeding pairs. We leave nothing to chance, ensuring the health and fitness of all falcons that leave our facility. Our standard of care is continually evolving to incorporate the latest technologies and best care practices within falcon breeding.
— How we do it.
WE LEAVE NO ROOM FOR CHANCE.
Al Kamda Falcons is not just a business. The founder of Al Kamda Falcons, Mohammed Al Kamda, is personally involved in, and responsible for, every aspect of the breeding process. It was born out of a sincere desire to perfect climate-specific breeding techniques to produce the highest quality white Gyrfalcons in the world right here in the Arabian Gulf. Each breeding falcon has been proven as a hunter. Each breeding falcon meets the highest criteria for beauty.
Our values: Building a legacy
Learning from the past to create progress towards the future
Falcons are fast. Really fast.
Falcons are the fastest animal in the world, reaching over 300km per hour in their hunting dive.
Falcons mate for life
Mature falcons choose one mate and bond with them for their lifetime.
They can see better than you
A falcon’s vision is approximately 10x stronger than a human, only one of the attributes that makes them such successful hunters.
Falcons belong to the family Falconidae
Falconry is an integral part of traditional cultural practice in the United Arab Emirates.
Al Kamda Falcons is dedicated to furthering the practice of both falconry and falcon breeding through practice and dissemination of knowledge. We are sure that, through focused implementation of practical knowledge systems, falconry will continue to be an integral part of our cultural identity for many generations to come.
